Terms of service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Don't use the service to violate the law, infringe other people's rights, or disrupt the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You retain ownership of the data you record in MiLogBook. We act as a custodian and processor under your instruction. Although we provide cloud sync and backups, you remain responsible for keeping a copy of any records you need to satisfy your tax, insurance or fleet obligations.

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by South African consumer law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions continue at the prior price for the remainder of the billing cycle. MiLogBook helps you keep records that are aligned to SARS logbook requirements but it is not a substitute for professional tax advice. Always confirm your submissions with a registered tax practitioner.

Your licence to use the MiLogBook mobile application is set out in our End user licence agreement (EULA). App Store listings may link to that page as the custom EULA where applicable.
